The vertical non-fluctuating flow meter has been developed for the use of measuring large volumes of flow. This is a volumetric flow meter that measures flow directly with a pair of 45° combined roots used as the rotor. Since this combined 45° root rotates at a constant speed, the occurrence of pulsating pressure is very low and thus results in low noise and vibration during large volume measurements.

Low Vibration and Noise
A pair of combined 45° roots rotate at a constant speed, piping, vibration is very small and capable of taking silent measurements even when measuring large volumes of flow.

Superior Durability
As in the vertical type structure, the rotor load is distributed in the direction of its own weight (shaft bearing) and the direction of the rotating load (radial bearing). This will give us that each bearing load becomes less and the bearing lasts a longer period of use.

Wide Flow Range
By adopting shaft bearing, the rotor rotates very lightly. And, it provides low pressure losses and is capable of taking on a wider range of flows.

Smaller Pipping Area
As with the vertical type structure, we can save space for piping and maintenance in the up and down flowmeter.
